Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the timepiece, including all original accessories, manuals, and protective films, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.
Ship to Service Center
Send your package via a trackable shipping service to our designated inspection facility to ensure safe delivery of your luxury item.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master watchmakers verify the condition of the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
